I did a little research on Argan oil and discovered that it’s a natural product extracted from the seeds of the Moroccan Argan tree. The seeds (or kernels) are collected from the Argan fruits and then pressed to release the oil. The oil is considered a luxury item and very costly. I was reading about the Argan tree and was surprised to see photos of the trees with goats in them. It was quite a sight. Evidently they like to eat the fruit:
Argan oil is edible — you can dip your bread in it. I guess they do that in Morocco. But you can also dip your hair and skin in it. Studies show that Argan oil  contains vitamin E and the omega-6 fatty acid called linoleic acid that has anti-inflammatory properties — good for your skin and good for your heart (when you eat it.0 It’s an expensive oil, and demand drives the price up. Women cooperatives in Morocco produce most of the argan oil.
