I’m not one of the Mormon women asking to be ordained to the priesthood. I’m looking for further light and knowledge from my Father. That’s taking me a lifetime.
However, while watching general conference I thought of something that would be nice for our women. I would really like to see the wives of the brethren sitting with them in those big red chairs. That would be a sweet sight. Not quite what the “Ordain Women” want, but just a nice touch. Of course, I realize that President Monson’s wife has passed on, and perhaps that would be sad. But his daughter could sit with him 🙂
After all, the man is not without the woman, neither the woman without the man, in the Lord. (1 Corinthians 11:11)
