1. Fresh Strawberries
2. Milk Chocolate chips or Dark Chocolate Chips (choose a quality chocolate — Guittard is the same chocolate used by Sees and is available at many grocery stores)
- Wash and dry strawberries, making sure they dry completely — no water left on them.
- Melt chocolate in a glass bowl in the microwave, stir to make sure it is melted. Or use a double-boiler on the stove top.
- Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate and place on parchment paper or wax paper.
- Let set and refrigerate until you eat them.
