I was trying to find a reference to a quote people have been posting on the Internet. People love to copy quotes and their references, but never check to see if it’s legit. So I couldn’t find it — I may need to go to the University of Utah library. But in my search, I found this article, written in 1880 in the Millennial Star, edited, published, and printed by William Budge, Liverpool. So I do not know the author. I would say that this article is a perspective of the LDS people in 1880 in England. Sorry for the format on this, the arrows don’t work — I had to use a screenshot.
