I have tried Intermittent fasting and found that it is easy to live by. At first it can seem hard, but after three days, it becomes easier to stop eating at the same time as the day before. I have been using an app on my phone which helps with the start and stop of fasting. You can see how long you have been fasting, and how many more hours until you reach your goal — 16 hrs for me. So really, it hardly seems like a fast.
